I've read a few other posts with scattered super bowl comments, so I figured I'd start one right here.
I know it doesnt belong in this forum, but I doubt it will last more then a day or two before its forgotten about.

WHY CANT PHILLY WIN SOMETHING FOR ONCE?
STUPID BRADY HAS HAD HIS GLORY, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE OUR TURN.

sigh. i feel a little better now. thanks

Sorry for your loss, man but lay off the curse talk. You have to string a few more horrors together before you can go there. ;)

It was a tight game Philly played good D but I'm still wondering were the hurry up offense was with 5 minutes left and 10 points to go.

There's always next year.

I watched a bit of the game and I would say from what I saw in the 3rd quarter they lost because they played like Pittsburgh played agains new england. itswoodie don't worry here in Pittsburgh we were hoping for the Eagles to win, partly because it is still PA, and partly we were angre about 2 weeks ago.

The only problem with the Superbowl?

Not enough Eva Longoria all dolled up.

I have to agree with Tomm. It was a great defensive game, but I feel McNabb lost that game for the Eagles. He was not on his "A" game last night. I was wondering the same thing about the hurry up offense. McNabb being the offensive leader should have been more conscience of the time he was wasting in the huddle.

Tom, glad to see you finally changed your avatar... :D

Maybe you saw the NFL commercial with different guys singing "the sun will come out, tomorrow"... but as the tagline says - we're all undefeated tomorrow.

Maybe next year Philly :p

Well I hope next year will be the stealers.

You steelers fans... good thing they give out those "terrible towels" for you to wipe away the tears and blow your noses with....

:p

I am proud to say Dallas now has a 500 record. 0-0 is sooo much better than 6-10. Kudos to the Pats. They hung in for a great defensive battle and their secondary had McNabb's number almost all game long. They also contained Westbrook. A big I'm shocked for Terrel Owens. I figured at most he was gonna suit up and then line up just to force a better db on him and open things up for Pinkston, Mitchell and Westbrook. My bad, T.O. backed up the self hype that time. Over 120 yards receiving with screws in your ankle and five weeks removed from surgery? The guy is bonafide now. I want to see some wider shots of the game and find out how the Pats neutralized the Eagles offense. It was weird. McNabb threw for over 300 yards but it sure didn't seem like it, did it?
