Severum buddies?

I have one green severum (with a crooked mouth - birth defect) that I hope to make a bit less lonely. Also, I have always wanted blue rams. Do these two get along? Or are they like pig and elephant DNA (just don't splice)?

When I used to breed sev's I just kept one big severum tank...those were the days...but now I'm starting over after several years away from the hobby and I can't remember what good tankmakes for sev's are.
