I had a similar problem and was told it was ich. I did a major water change. I also lost wrasse and a puffer. I was told to do the water change and also make a batch of salt water to match as close as possible to the water in the tank. The store also told me to remove any fish that were left and put themin a hospital tank for 3 - 4 weeks. Reason for this is that if you put medication in your tank directly it can kill off your anemones, snails, and other inveterbras. Hope I wasnt told wrong. I am open to other suggestions as well.
