Getting into caring for fish can be very confusing at first. So many different opinions from so many people. I went to a fish store and asked about getting bigger tanks for my new betta because he didn't seem happy in his little "betta bowl", and the girl said "don't get him anything bigger. They hate that becuase they're used to living in puddles." Can you believe that? After reading in so many websites how much happier they are in bigger spaces, I just left the store irritated. It just bothers me when pet store employees just tell you things that they're not 100% sure of when it could possibly be risking the health and life of your pet! Sorry for complaining, but I just had to get it out to people I know would understand...
