Hey folks, I've been keeping fish and planted aquaria for 8 years now.
Currently I have a 37 gallon eclipse system that I think I might use to try my hand at keeping a marine tank. I have been told that this system will work but I can only keep soft corals with the present lighting system.
I have so many questions and am purely at the research stage.
My first questions are:
-how many pounds of live rock will be needed for a 37 gallon tall tank?
-what stocking levels are realistic? I was thinking about 2 firefish, one royal gramma and two percula clown fish or banghai cardinals
-will I need any additional equiptment other than a power head, heater, protien skimmer and air pump?
any answers and tips are greatly appreciated, thanx folks.
