Tank mate compatibility is crucial to a successful and healthy marine aquarium. Incompatible species will increase stress in the tank which could result in disease and considerable loss. Use the chart below as a guideline when selecting fish and please read our article "Introducing New Fish Into Your Aquarium" before making your fish selection.

Remember, no guarantees can be made about the compatibility or incompatibility of any particular species of fish. Also, particular species within a group of fish vary in temperament and may not correspond with the guideline below.

Y = Yes, Generally Compatible
C = Can co-exist with Caution
N = No, Not Compatible

lol yea i didnt think many people knew about it and i think its good for people that dont know about it and wonder if 2 of their fish will be ok ogether..

Copying and reproducing without permission is really bad form - it is called plagerism, or theft of intellectual property. It would have been better to just provide the link.

I agree, just provide the link. Plagiarism doesn't only apply to english reports and photographs.

DITTO...I'd consider editing your post and providing a link to their site instead. The chart (which is excellent, BTW) is their property and part of their website. Posting it in this manner is breaking the law. :cool:

regardless of the issues brought up by others......thanks for posting it, as it helped me quite a bit

I like Elmer's Freshwater Aquarium supply for their community listings and compatibility, however, they don't say how many of each to add to your tank, so it could be misleading, re: overstocking.
