I have a "deluxe agua tech 5-15 power filter". Is this a good filter? I have a 10 gallon tank with 3 mollies (1 male 2 female) a female swordtail 3 panda cories and another cory, hes a little bigger than the pandas but i don't know what kind he is. I keep up on my water changes and do moderate water shanges daily as the tank is still cycleing. what do you think?

Not a bad little filter, I use one like it on my 10g and have no complaints. I replaced the standard filter insert with an AquaClear mini bio-max insert for more biological filtration capacity.
With mollies, swords and corys I'd say you're overstocked - a small filter may not be able to cope with the level of waste your fish will produce.

what would you suggest i do filter wise? buy another and run two? or a filter for a larger tank??

Actually my suggestion would be to either buy a larger tank or keep different fish - swords and mollies get large (4"+) and are active fish, not suited to a 10g IMO.
If that's not a possiblity, keep an eye on the water parameters and get another filter if you need it. It's never a bad idea to 'over-filter' a tank, providing there isn't an enormous amount of current.

You can get away with that amount of fish in a 10 gallon maybe.. especially if ou have lots of live plants. But you could always get a 20 gallon tall, it fits a 10 gallon stand and only costs about $20-$30. You'd double your capacity. A 20 gallon long is even better... but you'd need a 30" stand. Hey, if you are going to get a 20 long, why not just get a 29 gallon :-) It fits the 20long stand. ;) Mollies do best in a medium sized tank because you will get lots of babies and they tend to be messy fish.
