How many otos should I get for 2O gal. planted tank.I have one true SAE in there now.I think he gets full before he can finish the tank and thought maybe otos could give him a hand with the different types of algae.Also is there a small pleco that would be good for cleaning the glass.

I'm getting some brown algae on the plants and the tank is between 1/2 and 3/4 of the way full with plants.Like I said the SAE is doing his job but I don't think he likes the algae that is on some of the plants.I want to get a head of the algae before it gets out of hand until the tank can settle in(i.e plants ,C02 ,ferts.)
i'd put 2 ottos. I have 2 in my 10 gallon right now and they keep it totally free of the soft brown algae (though they do nothing for the other 5 species of algae i'm battling right now, thats right 5). make sure to pick out some healthy and active looking ones at the store, in my short experience that's been the difference between them living and dying when they get home.

If your only getting mostly some Brown algae, then id put 2-3 as they wont effect your bio-load much do too their size. Make sure though that when algae does become very minimum you supplement their diet with an algae wafer from time too time.
