Bio-Blend food: Opinions

Has anyone tried this brand of fish food? What did you think of it? More importantly, what did your fish think of it?

I've been using TetraMin flakes since I set up my tank (October 2002). Is it a good (or bad) idea to switch the type of food you give your fish?

Can't speak to this food in particular - but I would add that you should feed your fish a variety of foods. Much better for their diet / health overall.

Use your flake as a staple, but mix in some frozen or freeze dried bloodworms, daphnia, shrimp, etc
