I went out of town for the weekend and left my tank under the care of a friend to feed (she's done it many times before, knows how to take care of everyone). I came back Monday morning to her calling me and saying "One of your eels is dead!" Okay, so the snowflake died, and now the four inch convict tang is MIA. No body, no fish-shaped lump in the other eel, although the picasso was looking somewhat pleased with himself, but those two got along pretty well.... I looked outside the tank too! Grrr! I've had these four fish for 7-11 months...is it just one of those things that just happens sometimes? I think the other eel may have been being a bit territorial lately, seeing as I can't set up the new tank for a couple more months and they outgrown this one... Maybe he killed them?
