Does any in here play gran turismo 4? If so how far in the game are you, how much money (*credits) do you have and what is your favorite car in your garage? It has to be something in your garage not that you cant afford or buy! :)
 
Hate to burst your bubble, but I think GT4 will be beat out by Microsofts new XBox game: Fortza Motorsports. It has an incredible 230 customizeable cars. Also, they can obtain realistic damage. Game is set for release in May. Other than that GT4 looks awesome. Have fun!
 
Damage sucks in racing games. And honestly, I dont' think much of anything can dethrown GT4. Amazing game.

I dont' have it, I bought one for my boyfriend. He's doing pretty well at the game. This weekend, I witnessed my friend Doug do Nurburgring in a 2002 Turbo in under 9 minutes.
 
I am a huge fan of GT3 and i got pretty far. I had a bucnh or credits but i lost my memory card. I really want to get GT4 but i cant afford it :sad
 
I love the Gran Turismo series. I've been playing them since the first one came out in '97(98?). For far in GT4 Im at 26.2%, have a few million(coulda had 10+ million if I didn't buy the Day 694 cars), and my favorite cars(I can't have just 1 favorite) in my garage are the STi,Toyota GT-One, S7, Nissan C92 CP, Woodone Tom's Supra, and HKS's D1GP spec S15.

I don't really care about damage in racing games. If the creators of Gran Tursimo were going to put damage, they would have to spend millions of dollars to test each different car on how it crashes, or simulate they could just simulate what a 200 MPH crash could do, which is less accurate. Plus... why would you do a 24-hour endurance race to win a F1 car that you will then crash by mistake? I hear that Fortza will be good, but then GT5 will always put that one out.

I like the toyota gt-one but Id rather go with the audi r8. And for lauren give your friend some credit because the nurburing course can be hard (depending on the car) for anyone that has never seen the course like me. I took my Gran Turismo Indy Car wit 904 horsepower and did that course in 6:54 and it was very hard because the car was so light weight.

For those Xbox players, you have your driving games like project gotham? what is the point of the name? Is it supposed to take after batman? You dont know driving games until you have played Gran Turismo 4.
