Discus and Earth worms??

I hear you can feed some discus earthworms, like what you dig up in your garden?

Yep sure can, like living spaggetti, either whole or if you up to it you can cut them into chunks. Most cichlids relish them along with other garden insects like crickets, I also catch water boatmen from the pond for my fish its fun to watch the fish go after them

Some people place them in wet newspaper to purge the worms guts first.
