Update

Thanks for all the info that people gave with my cycling problem before.

Anyway my tank is now nearly cycled...

The fish seem to be doing good(exept for a bit of ich which i'm treating now with prima fix..stuffs alittle slow but did not want to use copper). My hermits seem alright....did find two dead? Could the other larger one have killed them. saw them around the one right before it croaked. I think it pulled him out of his shell but did not try to use it(have other larger shells in from my dead snails from early in the cycle...cleaned of course).3 pep shrimp doing very good. love to watch them feed. got 4 more snails couple of days ago. they seem fine and doing a number on my brown algea :dance .

pretty much as instructed...1 tsp per 10 gal for 7 days...removed active carbon..did a water change on day 7...still alittle bit hanging around. Went back to reagular filtration w/carbon. been added same dosage for 2 days now. like i said before seems slow but seems to be working. cant complain(exept for smell :thud: ).
