Cute! You can remove them from the tubmler when thier egg sacs start getting a little smaller and they look like they are bugging each other.
Feed baby brine shrimp and powdered cichlid flake, as well as a 'tiny' bit of spiraluna. Just a little at a time to make sure they are getting some, and add more if needed. Make sure not to feed them until they loose pretty much all of thier yolk sacs.
When they start getting larger you can move up to larger sized peices of flake. Becareful of feeding shrimps that are too large, stick with BBS for a while.

I'd say about 1/2 - 3/4"
At that size it would seem like the baby shrimps would be too small.. but they still eat them and its better than having them try to eat a whole one! :)

I've also had good luck with crushed flakes for the fry I've raised....Good Luck with the babies.

i also use freeze dried shrimp and crush it into a powder- works well.
