(before i was educated enough) my tube anemone killed my sebei anemone as a result of chemical warfare (or at least thats what i was told). Will My tube anemone do the same thing to polyps and feather dusters or does the chemical warfare thing only apply among different anemones.

It depends. A lot of cnidarians produce some pretty toxic stuff, but they seem to affect species differently. I just had some anthelia melt down in my fuge when I was out of town. When the circulation restarted, the toxins killed another colony of anthelia in the main tank, and my favorite tubipora, but did not affect any of the other softies, SPS or LPS.
Fanworms should not be affected at all.
