I got my acception letter from the university I applied too! I'm starting off with biological science and eventually I hope for a degree in zoology! I'm excited. And not only did I get accepted, I got an award or something and they're giving me $500!
Woo hoo!

I'm going to the University of Calgary. I wanted to go to UBC but it's too expensive, besides, my boyfriend lives in Calgary so.

Stay away from boys! Concentrate on school. Oh wait a sec... you'er not my daughter. She's 8 months old and lives at home still here in Texas. Well, carry on and congrats!

Good that you're practicing, Harlock. My little girl is five, and I'm already working on my scowl for when boys come to the house...

Lol awww! Kids are awesome. I can't wait to have my own (the boyfriend in question gives me funny looks when I voice this lol). But no, he's actually a major factor in this because I'm going to move in with him, sure beats living in a dorm. :) Life is exciting.

WHen we took our youngest to school, when I was saying goodbye..I said have fun, then wait a min, what am I saying!!! I'm supposed to say study hard and get good grades. :D
Do both, keep your goals in mind. That helped get me through college. The other inspiration was a girl that was a sr nursing major when my friends and I were freshmen. She was a skank and not the brightest bulb in the pack either. We all figured if they'd graduate her, they'd graduate us, so Barb; if you're out there ..THANKS!!! You inspired about 8 of us through 4 years of college!! :bowing:

guaranteed you would not regret it there. But you have to learn to control yourself, or you'll flunk out. My buddy lived in a frat at UBC, he ended up dropping out of engineering and now goes to a college (we call it dougy daycare), oh well.

You went to nursing school? That's awesome, and good for you, I think nurses don't get enough respect.
Anyways, I was never much of a partier so I think I should be good there. :p I think the only thing that might cause problems for me is when things don't fascinate me I have troubles with concentration... :(
