In my current setup of a 75g. I have 3 Firemouths, 6 Giant Danios (used for dithers), and a 3" bulldog pl*co (won't get much bigger). What other type of cichlid could I stick in there. I was thinkin about some convicts maybe, or is that pushing it with the aggression level. Lemme know what you guys think I am open to anything.

Convicts get pretty aggressive when breeding. Maybe try some Keyholes or Sajicas.

You should check out this web site(if you haven't already). This is one of the best Cichlid sites there is.

I have a convict with my FM and if wasnt for all the other fish distracting him I thinkthere would be a problem. FM are bark but no bite if you know what I mean where as the convict will go for both of them. especially if you have more then one convict and have them pair off (which isnt hard) you will have problems. I have found that the fish that MY FMs have got on best with are blue acaras, very similar in size and temprement and they all used to school together.
