While treating my fish for ich w/ the higher temp/salt method, what should I do with my freshwater plants?

Most of them will be fine, but then again i dont know what types of plants you have, got some names there? Raise that temp asap though. Cause its just plants we are talking about, you dont wanna loose your fish to save plants rite.
I had an ich breakout a few months back and found all of my plants were fine - I raised the temp to 86F, did daily water changes with as much gravel vacuuming as possible and added 1tsp/5g pickling salt. The only thing that suffered was the ich
