Have you asked your LFS if they can special order? I spoke with someone yesterday at my LFS and asked, they said they can special order plants directly from Tropica - they may cost a little more because stores often order plants in package deals, but it's probably still less expensive than mail order.
Caution on Ottawa Aquatics. You may have luck, but there was a thread about a year ago on them with a lot of complaints - orders never filled, no answers to complaints, etc. I know, because I was one of them. Never got my order.

He's great but not sure if he has been doing much in the way of mail order plants recently. If you get plants from him, the quantity and quality will be good. Prices are extremely reasonable.
