I have one more question on all of this, then I should be set for adding live rock. I am using a Millenium 200 and a SeaClone 100 for moving water, filtering, etc. Are these two enough for water current? The Millenium (unsure of gph) is rated to handle a 60 gallon, and this is a 30 gallon. Thanks for the help.

depending on what you are planning on keeping,
60 gallons for a 30 gallon tank is only 2 times turn over, ideally you should start off with atleast 10 times turn over..
Myself i run the seaclone.. and then i run a Aquaclear 300 with just the carbon it does 300 GPH so that would be 10 times turn over.
