If there's more males than females in the tanks then she's probably getting it from all sides. You need to have more females so they can get some respite once in a while from the fellas. Those guys don't give a lady a break just 'cos she's pregnant. Their the horniest things on gods earth. Put rabbits to shame even! 
it will be once those comets grow to full size- they may get stunted and not live out their full lifespan in a small tank. goldfish get pretty big, 6 inches plus, thats why they are a common pond fish. you could always trade them in for something fun that will work out in a twenty- cories, tetras, whatever you do, good luck!
