Ive raised the temp to 80'.
Ive added salt
Ive treated with medication.

Ive done this for about 3 weeks and my loaches STILL have ich!!!!!!!!!!!

What else can i do, and how much longer will it take to clear!

Yep, go up to 85.

I added two parrots to my community tank about two weeks back in a couple of days ich showed up on their fins.

Raised the temp to mid-eighties and it cleared right up without transferring to my other fish.

The salt should be fine if added slowly. When adding that much salt to an aquarium, I'll mix the salt up in a seperate container of water and slowly add it over a ~24 hour period.

I'd also recommend doing as many water changes as you can stand. Ich goes through stages of growth, one of which is living in the substrate and multiplying before becoming free-swimming (which is the only stage where they're vulnerable to medications). If you vacuum them out of the substrate, they don't get the chance to become free-swimming and attach to the fish. Changing the water will also remove some of the free-swimming parasites in the water column. Add salt at 1-3 tsp/g to the new water, so the concentration stays constant.
Keep treating (gravel vacs, 85F and salt should take care of it without meds) until a week after you see the last spot drop off the last fish, however long it takes.
