Has anyone had any luck with these guys? And if so, how rigorous were your curing conditions? According to the website, the live sand only needs a good sw rinse. Any comments are appreciated.

Oh yeah, I picked up my Gulf View LR from the airport yesterday. It's way better than the stuff at the LFS and half the price! Of course, I added more Southdown after the LR and now I can't see it. Ugh.

Thanks you for the response. How long did you cure it for?

I've had it in the tank for 24 hours. It's caused just a slight rise in ammo. The rock was out of water for only eight hours of so.

How long of a shipment was it?

Tampa to Buffalo with a layover in Charlotte. Five hours, tops. The tank is clearing. I'll let you know how the rock looks when I can see it! I also got 20 pounds of live sand. I can see a lot of "digging" in the sand already...

Well, the tank was clear for a day. Enough for me to see that the rock is quite nice. Again, way better that the junk at any of my LFSs. Of course, I needed to add some more SD and silted up the works. Anyway, I know I have a cool clam or something, a lot of worms, many feather dusters, and a ton of coralline.
HOWEVER, 90 pounds is a drop in a 125 gallon tank. Dale will be getting another call very shortly for a lot more rock. The wife will be so pleased!
