The spotty fins throw me off. I'm thinking he's an L190, but was labelled L191. Anyone?

Looks like L190 to me - here's a pic from planetcatfish that looks remarkably like your little guy to me:

Here's an L191 "dull eyed" Panaque:

I just started working at a LFS, but it seems to me that fish can and often are labeled incorrectly, even when the staff make every effort. I'm not sure, but I'd be willing to bet some of them come into the store with the wrong labels, and when it's a subtle difference like this, I wouldn't be surprised if no one noticed. Then again, I could be wrong :)

Thanks Blinky: I've been googling every image I can find, and to me he looks like the L190. The white polka dots on the top and lateral fins are something like the gold striped royal L190. But, he's not really gold striped, more like white stripes, unless its because he's a juvenile. I just dunno but I'm thinking L190.
Have you decided on another gold nugget?
