Liquid Fertilizer

These are the plants that I was going to pick from. The main plant I would like to get is a sword of some species. Would these plants survive with a liquid fertilizer?

Amazon Sword
Anubias
Corkscrew
Crinums
Crypt
Hornwort
Italian Valliseneria
Java Fern (lace, narrow leaf)
Java Moss
Jungle Valliseneria
Red Rubin Sword
Ruffle Sword
Water Sprite
 
While some folks seem to advocate using only liquid ferts for swords and crypts, many more, myself included, believe they do much better with root fertilization. I use Jobes spikes (mostly the fern/palm ones but houseplant ones when I cant find the others). I also dose the liquid ferts but that is for other plants.
