Slow Stems. High Light.

IME, Rotala rotundifolia is slower growing than Hygro. polysperma, Ambulia sessifloriaand Cabomba caroliniana. Bacopa caroliniana is quite slow growing, Bacopa australis somewhere in between.
I think with stems it's all relative - they all grow pretty fast under high light with good ferts and CO2, some are just faster than others :)

Yeah, I wish there was a stem that grew like anubias speed.
