- Eheim 2231 ECCO Filter (Eheim Blue Coarse Filter pad, Eheim White Fine Filter pad, Biological media to be added soon)
- 2 sponge filters powered with an air-pump
Substrate:
- 2mm lime-free gravel (Top and bottom layer, 3-inch depth)
- Sera Floredepot Planting Substrate (Mid layer)
CO2 supplement:
- 2 x Hagen Nutrafin Natural CO2 system (overlapping cycles)
Lighting (10 hours light daily):
- 2 x 36W 48" generic flourescent lights
- 1 x 36W 48" Arcadia Tropical Plant Growing flouroscent
- 1 x 36W 48" Arcadia Full Spectrum flourescent
Heating:
- 150W Hagen Tronic Heater
Fish:
- 4 x 1.5inch Cherry barbs (2 males + 2 females)
- 16 x 1.5inch Corydoras Julii (Gender uncertain)

Maintenance Schedule:
- Weekly 20% Water Change (using API Stress Coat)
- Weekly cleaning of glass with algae scraper
- Daily 5ml addition of liquid fertiliser (Sera Florena)
- Bi-Weekly addition of fertiliser tablets (Sera Florenette A)
- Weekly addition of Tetra Blackwater conditioner
Feeding Schedule:
- Daily liquid vitamins mixed with Hikari micro pellets
- Weekly Hikari frozen blood worms
