Hello. Just neede some advice on a CO2 system. I have a small 10 gallon; just bought the Nutrafin Plant System---and I haven't seen a bubble in over 8 hours. I follwed the directions to a tee. Funny thing, I bought this sytem only because the DIY got sorta messy. Go figure it was similar. BUT doesn't work. Any advice?

If you followed the directions and have good yeast, the odds are that you've got a leak in the system somewhere.

The problem was bad yeast. What a waste of money. $24 for appearance sake....Same formula I had inside the original water bottle.

I had a similar problem with that product. over a week i waited for steady bubbles. what i do now is when i know my bubbles are going to be stopping, i'll pre mix a batch about 1.5-2 weeks ahead and just leave it in a separate container. when the bubbles slow down/stop, then i change the old batch for the new. that way when i switch the batch it's instant bubbles. good luck to you...

I just mixed mine up and got bubbles right away each time. No need to premix or let all that gas bubble away.

Be sure you have given the top an extra 1/4 turn after you think it is tight.
