Considering that this is not grown in, what do you like or dislike about the arangement.

plants- counterclockwise from front left, glosso, chain sword, H. micranthemoides(baby tears), Limnophila, Rotala rotundifolia, Pellia(liverwort on wood), anubius, chain sword/Sagittaria subulata, Crypt wentii, and more chain sword in the back left corner

SnakeIce, very nice! Lookin' up ur tank specs, I didn't see any info. on CO2. Are you injencting any CO2?
And what is "drop fleet enema"?
 
I think you're going to be trimming that rotala and limnophila a lot in order to keep them off the top and in sync with the height of the rest of the plants.

I like the Pelia placement. Mine seems to just go wherever it can, gl on that.
 
I think the Crypt and the Rotala rotundifolia should be next to eachother. The crypt looks like it's kinda sticking out.
You could switch the crypt and the Limnophila. And after that, maybe switch the Limnophila and the rotala. The colors of the crypt and the rotala just look like they compliment eachother.

Where did you get the wood? It looks "young". Did you condition it yourself? I hope you did, because I need some wood in my tank and I want to know it's possible to DIY cheaply!

Fleet enema is, well...an enema brand name. It is used to provide phosphates to the tank for plant growth (...among OTHER uses...). If you have the strength of character to purchase it, you have an excellent and CHEAP source of one of the three macronutrients. It is dosed in drops, hence "drop fleet enema."

I got the wood from out of one of the source forks of the Walla Walla River. It had been submerged and tumbled down the river long enough to knock the bark off and waterlog it but not much else. I think it is wood from an evergreen, but I don't know the species that grow around here.

I have seen larger tanks with a center mound with a red lotus growing out of the top of the mound which I thought to create with the redish crypt. Design goal is more or less triangular with the crypt mound modifying that shape slightly.
 
It looks very nice. I like the way that the standing wood grabs the eye and leads it left across the tank.

The only thing I think I might change is, as it grows in, allow the glosso to grow across the front, replacing the chain sword, baby tears, and ambulia. Those last three will get big enough to hide the middle of the tank, and I for one really like the look of the driftwood log laying across the middle.
 
I don't follow you on the triangular design idea. Glosso on the left and Limnophila on the right? Triangle is a bit lopsided :confused: . (Just an idea)...what if you brought the Limnophila to the left back corner and had your chain sword run from between the Limnophila and Crypt in the back, to the front center where you already have some chain sword. Might give you a little depth?
Or, just the way it is is nice too.
