Like the title says I'm thinking about going with real plants on my next tank, which is a 29 Gal. tall. Could someone please point me in the right direction as far as information is concerened. I don't even know where to begin, I know absolutely nothing as far as keeping real ruffage is concerned, But I do like the look so if you can help me get there I would greatly appreciate it. :help:

The Stickies at the top of this particular Forum would be a good start. It's a bitof reading, but it'll clue you in on the real deal.

It's not hard, you just have to pay attention to what you are doing, more so than with fish-only tanks.

You should start by deciding what type of plants you want, and then figuring out what type of lighting and fertilizer and other accomadations you will need for those plants.

The stickies in this forum will be very helpful, and check out some plant websites.

Good luck on your tank!
