this is what im thinking of doing for stocking a 55 gal tank. its a stretch but i think it might be able to work

6 panda cories
3 3spot gouramis
1 pair blue rams
1 angel pair
6-8 red trail tetras

i wanna try some dwarf puffers with that but i have a feeling that they will either get eaten by the angels or the rams or they may nip the fins of angels, but i was thinking it the angels didnt fancy them as a meal then they would be too fast for these little guys.

tell me what ya think

I don't know anything about puffers, but from what I recall from other posts they don't do well with other fish... If you don't get any knowledgable feedback on here, you might want to do some more research before adding them to your tank :) just to be safe

Don't add the dwarf puffers to your tank. First, they are fin nippers and will terrorize the angels and other fish that have long fins, if they aren't eaten first by the angels, as they are tiny fish at no more than an inch long. Best to keep them in a species tank. Plus, they like a constant supply of live snails to eat, so if you don't have that they won't be very happy. www.dwarfpuffers.com is a great site if you're interested in DP's.

I would be concerned about the gouramis. Three gouramis is a bit much for any tank, since they will be inclined to quarrel and even attack each other. I'm not sure if the gouramis will be happy with angels either, and vice versa.
