I'm debating on switching to a semi auto-matic pressurized CO2 system without the tank which I can get locally and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions.Dr Fosters looks like they have a set up but its back order till the end of July.

I would ask those places exactly what the shipping cost would be. I think you would be surprised how they make up for their price in shipping. Mine is free shipping.
