Adam was short one rib, but since it was extracted as a "surgical procedure" that didn't necessarily mean alteration of the entire species.
Men and women are supposed to have similar count in the rib department.\

Fish head, you're right. I googled it and we all have the same # ribs (unless you lost one through medical circumstances). Sorry for the wives-tale. :o :)
