Forgive me if I'm missing something... looks like algae to me. I've got a patch of khaki green growth on the glass in my SW tank that's nearly impossible to remove (would probably come off with a razor blade), looks the same colour as in your picture. I'm guessing it's just one of the zillion or so species of algae that live in SW.
Can yoube more specific. Even coralline algae is a type algae?
I have good idae what it. But I am try to get an unbiased answer to verify my suspicion.
