I just thought I'd share this intersting site I came across. It's a site that sells fish in Santiago, Chile.

What makes it so interesting? The common names for some of the fish (which are in spanish?), for example:

Rummynose tetra = 'Borrachito' (translated, it means, 'little drunk man' lol, obviously because of the red nose)

Bala Shark = 'Pez Bala' (which means 'Bala fish', do you think they would sell as well as they do if we called them bala fish? probably not)

Clown loach = 'Botia Payazo' (or 'clown botia' in english)

Brazillian FW puffer = 'Pez globo' ('balloon fish' self explanitory)

Here's the site if you want to take a look: http://www.virtualfish.cl/verTodos.asp?TipoProducto=Peces&Acuario=Dulce&Categoria=Listado Completo
