I have a millenium 3000 as filter in a 60 tall sw tank is this good? is it appropriate for sw? And is this enough filtration?

SW tanks seldom have filters in the same sense as a FW tank. Live rock and live sand, in conjunction with a skimmer, will provide for all stages of the nitrogen cycle (ammonia, nitrite and nitrate), and remove much of the dissolved organics. In reef systems, an invertebrate crew of hermits, bristleworms, snails, conchs, starfish and crabs are used to deal with the solid wastes and leftover foods. Mechanical filtration such as a canister or HOB is unneeded and can cause problems. The detritus becomes trapped in the media, and the clean up crew can't get to it to break it down.
Many people will use a filter with no media simply to provide additional water flow. Powerheads inside the tank make sure there are no dead spots.
