Will german long fin ram cichlid live with some goldfish a tire tread eel 2 weather loaches a royal pleco. my temp is 79-80 and have a diatom xl filter running all of the time?

GoldFish are coldwater (~60* range) while the Rams are tropical (75* range). So no it will not work. You need to decide weather this tank will be tropical or coldwater. And a Diatom xL filter probally wont be enought on a 150g. Try a canister like an Eheim or FilStar.

Rams are actually 80-86F range. Lower can adversely effect their immune system.
