Light duration

As my previous post-- I just restarted my tank. I have over 4 watts per gal, CO2, and autodoser (doses FE, K, and trace mixture).

Question.. Because my plants have just been added and there are no fish, how can I get plants to root faster?? Can I leave lights and CO2 on for 24 hrs a day for a few days?? Or will this bring an algae bloom??

You need to post more information about the plant mass.
Based on what you've posted so far, you are in a position to grow a lot of algae in addition to whatever else you plant.
You are dosing Fe, K, and Trace, but make no reference to P or N. Without balance, in a 100gal. tank at that wattage, this is potentially a difficult situation. Running light 24/7 will make matters worse.
Tell us what kind of plants you've planted and how many or post a picture if possible.
