Tiny internal power filter

Today I bought the most amazing tiny internal power filter for my smallest tank (14 litres) its a Dophin KF-150 and measures just 8 x 2.7 x 4 cms and has an adjustable flow up to 150L per hour :eek:

Has anyone got any experience of this make? I've never heard of it in UK before and am hoping it works well.

I just bought the same filter. Small and silent. My problem thought: Is it suppose to suck air through the pipe on top (Venturi)? Mine doesn't and I want it to. Can anyone please help me?
