I was excited when I found a bag of Old Castle play sand at Home Depot because i keep hearing that it's about the best thing you can use as substrate in a marine aquarium. The problem is it's really really fine grained, almost dust-like. Because of that, it got really stirred up when I first filled the tank and the dust settled on EVERYTHING in the tank. It's all over the glass, the power heads, the filter, heater, and all the ornaments. I've tried taking things out, cleaning them, and putting them back in, but when I put stuff back on the bottom of the tank, it kicks up more dust that gets all over everything again.

It doesn't seem to be affecting the fish any, as my two damsels are doing great, but it looks positively ugly all over everything and I'm not sure what to do to get it off and keep it from getting stirred up again. Should I clean it all out and try something different? I thought maybe it would settle after some time, but it's been about 3 or 4 weeks and it's still stuck on everything.
