Hi. A friend of mine asked me a question the other day and I'm stumped for the answer.
Maybe the experts here can help.
My buddies tank is 35 gallons and he's got one plant (don't know what type of plant, sorry)
The plant was not doing so good with his incandescent lighting so he substituted one of those compact flourescent, energy efficient bulbs.
Now his plant is doing great, but he has RED algae and his pleco won't touch it.
Is there a algae eating fish that will eat red algae?
Thanks for any insight you can provide.
Eric
