I opted to save a little money on my skimmer when I switched from the Prizm to the Coralife Super Skimmer. I have found that the Coralife Super Skimmer is a GREAT skimmer for what you pay for it. Mine is constantly removing thick, dark, fowl-smelling, coffe-like substance from my sump. I couldn't ask for a better skimmer for the price I paid for it.

I use the back pak 2 and works very very good, I little bit noisy though.

Since you asked for other suggestions... Remoras rock! Really well made, effective little skimmers IMO - I can't believe how crappy my Prizm looks next to the new Remora, there's absolutely no comparison in workmanship or performance - the Remora does a great job and it's MUCH quieter. There are a ton of loyal CSS fans out there (frequently at war with us Remora owners, lol) - I haven't used one, but I can't see how you'd be going wrong either way, since I rarely hear anything bad about either Remoras or CSS.
