I know you guys are busy, but I have no one else to turn to. I have a tire track eel(Mastacembelus),agreen spotted puffer(Tetraodon Nigroviridis), and a moray eel(Gymnothorax Tile) that can handle almost any salinity. I just need to know the level that I should keep for them. And if I should use rock salt or sea salts. Please help if you can.

Check out http://users.macunlimited.net/n.monks/brackfaq.html and here (I'm not sure which is more current) http://homepage.mac.com/nmonks/aquaria/brackfaqpart4.html#mastacembelidae
Many will tell you that the spiny eels are not brackish, and they are right. Nevertheless, my experience is that they will handle "low end" salinity well (see my avatar). Mine have done well for years at 1.003-1.006.
Your GSP and moray will do fine at this level too, though some suggest that they require high salinity brackish as adults. Again, my experience differs, and my conversations on the brackish mailing list with Neale Monks is not contradictory (though he generally no longer recommends brackish water for spiny eels on his brackish FAQ as linked to above)
For the short term, go with ~1.004. Perhaps you should consider making a choice now between low salinity vs. high salinity brackish for all of your future purchases. There are a great many fish for either choice, and many that do well irrespective. Decide what fish you really want, and choose the tankmates appropriately.
My opinions here are not largely shared, and this "happy medium" I've suggested may simply "spread the misery", and ultimately prove detrimental to all of your fish.

Thank you, I will probably lose the moray and keep the salt at a lower level because my tire track is a way more important to me than moray. He is about 17 in. Anyways if you read this I was quite clear on if the gsp as an adult could handle a lower level or not.Reply if you got the time ,Thanxs again for the help.
The GSP can "handle" lower density water. It only costs color, potential infections, and lifespan. Your choice.
