Alligator gar question

hi,
I'm quite new about gar, I've 1 alli gar for 4 months. He ate his mate while he was young so I decide to have him alone.

so here's my question, Is alligator gars good to have own kind mate? I can effort find 1-2 more at his size.(still cheap price for 20 inches) or they just lone predator and dont really care there's friend or not.

no need to care about living place or feeding, just wanna know about their habbit.

they grow to 10 feet :devil: !!!! what tank size you have him in?
 
I can effort built even they grow 2-3m like their nature.

btw current tank is 2x2 metres with 1.5' deep.


well... could anyone fine a suitable answer for me plzzzzz
 
At SeaWorld in San Diego, there are about 4 very large (9ft?) alligator gars. They seemed to get along fine. I didn't notice any injuries.

However, the gars are being housed in the same exhibit as manatees, so you can imagine how big of an enclosure they need.
