thats a hard question to answer as personaly i like to pick out my rock in person in my local fish store as to the question is it any good i might be then again it might be crap

buying live rock off ebay is not to good of an idea it could be a little live rock and some base rock. but buying it from a well known internet site is a much better idea i bought mine from this site and it is great but its all up to you
