Right, i have an Eheim Pro 2 - 2026 if you want a model number, in which the priming mechanism o-ring has just broken. The filter is no completly out of action, because the water passes straight past the o-ring and into the motor housing, which isn't good.
I've searched around the web, eheim site, various dealers e.t.c but i havn't been able to find anything that can give me a part number for this particular peice of kit.
Needless to say, i'm getting aggrivated, and in the time it took me to find the problem, i've suffered losses. At the moment i'm running an eheim ecco filled to the gills with efisubstrat.
As far as i can assertain, Eheim don't want you in the priming mechanism (although it was required to lube the damned thing up, and it's probably my fault the o-ring is broken, but thats in the past), so they're not giving part numbers for the bit.
If anyone knows where i can get the part, or contact details for Eheim UK, it would be most appreciated.
