I'm really not sure exactly how to ask this, but here goes.
I've got 3 mixed African Cichlids. They all came from the same tank at the LFS, and the only one I know for sure is an Electric Yellow. The other is a gorgeous blue with two yellow dots on its tail, and the other is a slender yellow one with 2 black stripes.
I have 2 small oscars, and 2 convicts. I'm not really sure from which lake they originate, but I have had the Mixed for about 2 months, the Convicts for 1, and the Oscars for 3 days and they all seem fine. I was unaware before I bought them that they were hard water fish, but I am assuming all is ok with them. They look and act wonderfully.
For what I have, what kind of PH, GH, and KH should I be looking for? I know my tap water is very hard, but its been a while since I tested it so Im unsure of the reading.
