Disappearing Shrimp

I've been losing Cherry Shrimp in a well-covered 15G high tank with cories, swordtails and a betta. Not sure who is responsible for their disappearance. Certainly the cories aren't starting it. Any help would be appreciated.

your betta most likely considering one of the major ingredients in betta bites is shrimp meal.
