can anyone recommed a good book on shell breeders? is there anything on JUST shell breeders or am i chasing my tail?

oh, and dwarf pike cichlids, as well. no, i am just searching for info...they won't be placed together.

why not just read articles on them on the internet and go to shelldwellers.com
. they have lots of experts to help plus its free

Three books by Ad Konings that you might also find interesting:

Tanganyika Secrets, Tanganyika Cichlids, and Tanganyika Cichlids in Their Natural Habitat.

It covers cichlids from every corner of the globe, and is geared more toward captive husbandry of the species. Great tips on compatability, diet, breeding, min tank size, and all kinds of "tricks of the trade" that he and the other authors have learned over the years.
