For a 10" round anenome about 1 feeding of 3-4 silversides a week. Metal halide 10k 525watts plus 80 watts of atinic and 80 watts of flor in a 135 gallon, so basically 685 watts. Of course this depends on what type, a bubble can go a few weeks between feeding and I have noticed carpets do better with once a week, and each anenome has different lighting needs.
Hope this helps, but you really need to research the type and read from several different sources, don't take one mans opinion. A good place I would suggest is Robert Fenners website The Conscientious Aquariast, this man is good, for starters.
Tank set up 2 years old 100 gal 150 lbs of l.r. lighting 10 k "600 w i think "halide and acintics. I feed my bta's about every two to three days with solid meaty foods like silver sides, squid etc. I dose the tank with food for filter feeders on the off day. I don't feed a lot but I do feed often. I keep a close eye on them to make sure that they haven't rejected their food.
I feed my rock anems with filter feeder food every day they meaty food ,"chopped into bits", once or twice a week. I've found lots of people starve their anems. They also need really stable tank conditions and you should design the tank with them in mind. If you can give them the situation that they need they aren't nearly as hard to take care of as they are otherwise. I'd strongly encourage any one wanting one of these critters to ask themselves if they can keep them alive and if they are willing to give up a lot of other things in their tanks.
